Qualified candidate MUST HAVE experience in leadership & management, heavy equipment, grounds maintenance equipment, grounds maintenance, work well with the public, have compassion. Also will be required to work with vendors and funeral homes, make monthly grounds report to present at meeting, experience in scheduling crew for projects and services, work with District Manager on budget for grounds keeping expenses down.
